We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Eligible nonperishable items must be received within 15 days of initiating a return request. Perishable items, if deemed eligible to be returned must be received within 5 days of initiating a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain items (e.g., fresh/dry whole ginseng roots, due to their more perishable nature) are generally non-refundable unless there is verifiable [i.e. photographic or video] proof that the roots arrived damaged or spoiled during shipping.

 

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Four Prong Herbs reserves the right to make a final decision on refunds.

 

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. This can be an alternative for a refund on items of the same value upon customer request. Four Prong Herbs reserves the power of final decisions on whether an exchange will be provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at fourprongherbs@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and all videos or pictures of 

  • We will provide instructions for returning your item.
